Everyone is so nice to us

Our hosts have been so good to us.  They prepare so much food for us and it is delicious.  When we were in the park group of Chinese boys came up and said "welcome to my country", I said "thank you" and they walked away laughing like they were nervous to talk to us.  Later when we got back to the orphanage another teenage girl came by and asked to be our friend.  She was studying to be a teacher and wanted someone to help her with her English.  She gave Heather a big hug and we took her picture then got her email address so we could send it to her.  She asked if we would come back often.  We said we would come back but it may not be soon.  Everyone seems very curious about us.  When we were walking back from the bank a boy followed us on a bicycle for many blocks.  He was trying to talk to us in Chinese, but Jean had taken the rest of our group across town and we can't even say simple words in Chinese.  It is so hard since you have to get the tone right and our ears just are not used to listen to it.  That is probably the hardest thing.  Not being able to properly communicate our appreciation to everyone.
